常常聽人說：學英文真是有夠難

其實學英文沒有太多訣竅，用心還是唯一法門

一、為什麼一個人不會講英文呢？一般來說至少有兩個大原因：

(1)英文單字認識的太少。

(2)英文最起碼的文法觀念太差 .

二、建議之英語學習方法

1.勤練聽力:有好的聽力才能聽懂別人所說的英語， 因此課堂上多注意老師的英語發音，並跟著老師讀單字或課文。

2.勇於開口:學英語一定要開口說，因此跟著練習讀單字課文或句子，同學之間彼此練習或模仿錄音帶的英語多做口頭練習。

3.熟背單字:熟背單字如同打基礎，基礎打得好，上面才能蓋房子。

單字是有方法和訣竅的，英文單字約85%具有拼音規則，若能讓孩子先了解如何發音，並學習發音技巧，相信大家都能在看到單字時就能唸出來

4. 熟讀課文及句型：國中英語課本每一課都有特定要練習的英語句型，必須熟記才能造出正確的句子，而熟讀課文並反覆練習是練習句型的最好方法。

5. 預習及複習：學英語必須不斷地預習及複習，並主動地做到這一點才會把英語學得好。

6. 善用教學媒體：購買一些英語歌曲來聽，因為唱英語歌曲可以練習發音認識單字，並更加熟悉英語句型結構，是一種很好的學習方法。此外，收聽一些英語教學節目，觀賞一些英語電視影集或電影，及卡通影片等，這些都是很好的生活教材，有助於提昇學習英語的興趣。

美國發明家學院和智慧產權人協會近日公布全球各學術機構，在2015年獲美國專利核准件數的前百大排名，國立清華大學以101項專利在全球排名第15名，且在全台各大學中，已連續4年排名第一。

清華大學今天(21日)表示，學校研發的許多專利技術也成功商品化，為產業所用，統計去年有137件技術轉移案，技轉金額達到新台幣1億1,443萬元，創學校新高；今年截至6月底，技轉金額已達1億890萬元，是去年總金額的95%，預估今年達成率將高達138%，再創新紀錄。

全球去年獲美國專利最多的前五名學術機構為美國加州大學系統、麻省理工學院、史丹佛大學、德州大學、北京清華大學；台灣進入百大的學術機構除了清華大學外，還有台灣大學、成功大學、台灣科技大學與中央大學。
